Big Daddy Gore My favorite brutal death metal album this year. Insane vocals and the music hits like a jigsaw to the ear hole.

zirtonic While this isn't the best brutal death album of the year (Molested Divinity has that crown) it's definitely the best slam album so far. The vocals being pitch shifted and placed low in the mix give this album a lot of texture, and it almost borders on instrumental in a weird way. New Standard Elite continue to highlight some of the best brutal death in the modern scene. Favorite track: Homicidal Eremitic Fanaticism.
